KKCenterHK - Leopard Water Decal Review

Hey everybun
Happy, Tuesday!
You must excuse my late post, because hot damn is this semester hard. The tests! The quizzes! O' Athena, spare me some smarts!
Anyways, enough with the dramatics, let's get it on...To the review..

These darn water decals have been sitting, taunting me for months. Why? You ask? Well ,the first time I attempted to put them on, I managed to get them off the white backing, but for some reason there was an added plastic backing between the decal and the white backing.
I hadn't figured this out until recently, and every time I'd attempt to use these, they just wouldn't work.
Finally, I FORCED two of them off, after ruining 4, I decided to just stick to a simple mani.

KKCenterhk Review - N.NAIL Star Neon Pink 2mm Studs

*product sent to me to review in exchange for my honest opinion

Hey there, everybun.
I totally KILLED it at the Craft Show on Saturday and made some connections with others that I hope will get my business growing even more.
I had tons of fun but I only got one picture of my booth that I'll post at the end.

Continuing my "good blogger" streak, I have for you today a stellar (haha!) review of some star studs from KKCenterhk. I've reviewed studs like these in the past, and now I want all the colors because they're so fun to use!
Shooting stars, anyone?

Yes, that's right, in all of my super creative creativity I've come up with these cute little shooting stars.
These are 2mm Star Studs, which were perfect for this design that I did with striping tape.

KKCenterhk Review - 12 Pcs Peony Flower Transfers

*This product was sent to me for review in exchange for my honest opinion

Hey everybun! Long time no see!
I had to go up north this weekend, once again, to finish stuff that I wasn't able to do when I went to my aunts funeral. I hadn't had anything ready for posting Monday but here I am, on this lovely humpday to show you this lovely review of these lovely nail transfers. Ready? Here we go!

Here is how the package looks as well as the directions.

These are actually full nail water decals, NOT stickers. Which  means, they're not sticky at all. Unlike smaller water decals, these guys are a little bit harder to get on since they don't have any stick power. They slid around a bit, and were a bit hard to get in position. I figured out a trick where I dabbed a little top coat on the places that wouldn't stay down and it worked out pretty well.

As a warning, my seche DID shrink these a little bit around the edges, but not too noticeably.

Overall, even though they were a bit hard to get into place, the styles and designs that kkcenterhk offers makes it totally worth the fidgety-ness.

You can find this design here for only $3.70! If that's not your cup of tea, there's plenty more designs here.

KKCenterHk Review - Baby Blue 2mm Circle Nail Art Decorations

*This product was sent to me for review in exchange for my honest opinion
Hey there lovely peoples of the internet!
I know, I went missing again. But life is life, right? I have been recovering and recuperating from the terrible news last week that my favorite aunt had passed away. She lived 3 hours north from me and we were given super short notice. It was basically like I had to pack up immediately and leave, so I'm sorry to all for the lack of notice! I've just now had the energy to open up the ol' lappy and see what was chilling in my unposted folder since I haven't really been able to do my nails much this past week.
So here we are!
I had gotten these to review sometime during my hiatus and finally a couple of weeks ago was able to give them a proper go on the nails.

These pretty little blue diamonds, which you can find HERE, are absolutely gorgeous in person. My lighting turned out a little wonky but they have this really pretty rainbow-ish shimmer to them.

The only complaint I have with these is how tiny they are. It's not really so much that they're tiny, it's that SINCE they're tiny, they're super hard to pick up. I found that tweezers did absolutely nothing, maybe one of those wax sticks would have worked a little better. My polish had dried on my ring finger many times before I could get these on the nail fast enough.

I was able to put top coat over these without them looking all weird as well! I didn't on my ring finger, because after the hassle of putting these all on I said F#$% it and angrily grabbed my camera to get the pictures over with.

Seriously though, they're super pretty little diamonds that would be great for any nail art occasion, just expect a little extra time fiddling with these little guys.

Overall?
8/10
Would recommend.

KKCenterhk Review - Black Mirror Nail Foil

*This product was sent to me for review in exchange for my honest opinion
Hey lovelies, Monday has almost come and gone, but I managed to fit a post in before the day has ended!
I have for you today some very interesting nail foils that I absolutely LOVE from KKCenterhk. So let's get to it!

The most interesting thing happened with these. I used Jessica - Black Matte as my base, then used the Beauty glue that came with the nail foils, slapped the foils on, and proceeded to use top coat...

...and this happened! The nails with topcoat turned from reddish/orange to blue! I marked the nails, as you can see, above.

I always recommend using top coat, (Seche Vite is my choice) with nail foils because they otherwise shed off really easily. I'm not sure if it was the Seche Vite or what, but I was definitely surprised when it happened!

The shiny effect that these foils have isn't exactly mirror, and they look a bit textured (though that could just be my error in applying them!), but I still love the effect they give!

You can find these foils here or you can check out the other nail foils they have here.

KKCenterhk Review - Nail Pearls

*This product was sent to me for review in exchange for my honest opinion

Hey everybun, I have a long overdue review of these awesome little nail pearls from KKCenterhk, so let's get right into it!

These little lovlies, which you can find here, are 3mm and come in a variety of colors in a little pot like you see above. You will get about 100 pieces which is more than enough, because if you're careful enough you can reuse them!
Here is the look I created with them :

I used Seche Top coat to attach these buggers and the stay power was awesome! I was able to wear these for a full day before I started to pick at them. The ones that I didn't pick at, stayed until I removed them 3 days later.

These are such a cool addition to my nail art collection because I really didn't have anything like them!

These will run you $4.50 plus shipping for a pot like you see far above.

I have another item that will be making an appearance on the blog next week from KKCenterhk (woo nail foils!)

See you all Friday!

KKCenterhk Review - Butterfly and Flower Water Decal

*This product was sent to me for review in exchange for my honest opinion

Hello everyone! Looks like my scheduled posts for last Wednesday and Friday didn't show up, so here's one of the two!

Today I have some really pretty water decals from KKCenterhk.
Since my last decal review, I knew I wanted to have a crack at reviewing some more decals. These are sooo easy to use and you can refer to my last post if you'd like to know the technicalities of how to apply these. The design I got this time is N.NAIL Glamorous Noble Elegant Purple Blue Rose Butterfly

This was the sheet I was sent and I was immediately excited to put these on. The flowers are so detailed and the butterflies were a nice added touch.

I used my own Dragon's Wings as a base coat and an unnamed Black Poppy as the accent nail.
These decals, just like the bunnies, applied wonderfully and this time I used my expertise and managed not to have any of the images crumple into little balls!
These decals are $2.56 and if you don't like this specific design they have TONS of flower designs as well as many other designs to your liking.

KKCenterhk Review - Nail Foil

*This product was sent to me to review in exchange for my honest opinion
I have a few days that Bloggers weren't able to guest post for me, due to the fast pace of the seasons, so it looks like you're stuck with me for a few more scheduled posts until I'll be back for real real and not for play play! Enjoy!

Today I have some awesome nail foils that I've grown to love from KKCenterhk. You can find these foils here
I decided to take a different approach with the nail foils this time and paint on a random pattern with the tacky glue that they sent me. If you're curious on how to apply these, check my other post here.

Gold foil over a Black Base color

I added a coat of Seche Vite onto these and noticed that the star pattern that you see in the bottle sort of shrivels up to give a cool rustic look to the gold pattern. Remember to always use top coat with nail foil, otherwise it starts to peel off and that's never fun!
I'm so happy with the gorgeous gold painted look that these foils achieved and they literally took less than 10 minutes (most of the time was spent waiting for the glue to dry!)
You can get The Foil for $6.92
The Foil + A Smaller Glue for $8.86
The Foil + Glue for $10.80

KKCenterhk Review - Rabbit Water Decals

*This product was sent to me for review

Hello everybun! I have a lovely product to review from KKCenterhk, once again! Today I have for you the item by the name of N.NAIL Forest Rabbit Bunny Deer Bambi Squirrel Hamster Apple . The title, however deceivingly long it is, is actually just super cute images of a bunch of rabbits, some deer, some squirrels and apples as well as mushrooms and coconuts? I think they're coconuts. But anyways, the images are all super cute.!
Here is what it looks like

This was my first time using water decals. I looked up a tutorial on YouTube. But for those of you who don't know, basically it goes down like this.
1) Cut out the image you want
2) Take the plastic off of the top (just like a temporary tattoo!)
3) Submerge the image you cut out fully in a container of water (I used a mini cup) for about 20 seconds
4) Take the image out of the water and use your thumb to slide it off
5) Press the image down onto your nail and well-ah!

I crinkled a few of these images and was happy to see that they smoothed out as long as I fixed them quickly
This is without top coat, as I wanted to see how long they would last. (I was also afraid that seche might ruin it, turns out it doesn't!) And they lasted a few hours of me cleaning, taking a bath and doing dishes, with minimal scratches.
These are $2.56 plus shipping. I LOVED these as my first experience with water decals!

KKCenterHk Nail Polish and Star Stud Review!

*These products were sent to me for review

Hey everyone!
Remember KKCenterHk? I've done a couple reviews before (you can find them here)

I have some adorable little neon green star studs and a glitter polish for you to feast your eyes on..
NOW FEAST!

These Pretty little neon green star studs, which you can find HERE are 2mm and are PERFECT for nail art. They're a little bit curved so they lie perfectly on the nail. Just remember to add a nice top coat or else the paint will chip (I wore these for 5 days because I loved them so much. On the third day, I noticed the paint was starting to rub off on the tops. On the pinky I put a ton of top coat and those stars didn't rub off until day 5! So use top coat!)
These are $5.00 plus shipping (which is calculated depending on what you buy)

The Polish on my ring finger is Ebalay Warm Orange Shiny Glitter Nail Polish, in 15mL. In the picture below you can see I had a little issue..

I heard a really weird glass on glass sound as I was opening the bottle and it turns out the bottle was chipped! This in no way reflects the quality of this polish (which is excellent!) and I know how it is to have a defective bottle ( Long story short I was mixing my polish by the neck and the whole top came off and the polish flew across the room, sending a spray of polish along its way..)

Despite this, the formula was AWESOME and I loved the little irridecent pink/blue shift glitters that were hidden in there, there's also orange and white hexes and white bar glitters. This polish is $7.82 plus shipping.

I Loved the polish, and will definitely use it again and of course I love the stars, which come in a jar of 100 (so many nail art projects you can do with that!)!
Thank you KKCenterHk!
