Blue and Silver Skittle Nails

Hello there everybun!
This weekend has brought me a new nail shape, since I've gotten the following comments on my previous shape : "Scary!", "Eww!", "Why? Like actually. Why?" and my favorite "Did you do that on purpose?".
So here they are, slightly less pointy and hopefully less scary.

TWEET TWEET + FIXED LAPTOP!

Ohmygoodness, YES! Hello everybun!
My laptop! I fixed it! There's still something wrong with it, but I found a way to turn it on even when it's being dumb, so I got that going for me.
I'm a little busy with shop things AND my NEW TWITTER! WEEE I'm so excited to finally have a twitter account.
Which you can follow me here by the way

But anyways, I will try to blog post tomorrow, lots is going on in my little city with a funfest and carnival and parade! And this thing called The Medallion Hunt at a local pizza place where you can win something like $1,000 if you find the medallion that they've hidden in one of the city parks.
So shop + medallion hunt + carnival = little time for online things for this ol' gal.

I'll see you all soon though, PROMISE!

Broken Laptop :(

Hey everybun.
I am sooo upset! I have a weeks worth of photos all trapped on my stupid broken laptop. It won't turn on and I have no way of getting the pictures off.

I'm going to try to do everything I can today to either make the laptop work or get the pictures off. So hopefully all turns out well soon and I hope to have a blog post by tomorrow.

Thank you all so much for your understanding!

Rainbow French Tips

Hey everybunny!
Happy Friday!

I, for whatever reason on Wednesday, decided it was an opportune time to do all of my nails. Now I usually don't do all of my nails because I usually only get to wear them all for a day or so before I have to take them off and do them again. I generally have mismatched nails because I hate to go bare so it's nail art and designs for the blog on the left, and whatever color I'm feeling on the right. But for these past few days? My nails have been a match made in nail polish heaven!

I just grabbed for cremes and I'm not certain what the colors were. I was hoping to finish the rainbow with purple but not all of my nails cooperated in line even-ness.

These were soooo fun to make and to look at! I got so many compliments and basked in the glory when I told whoever complimented me that YES, I MADE THESE!
I'm so proud!

See you all Monday for some more polish fun!

KKCenterhk Review - 12 Pcs Peony Flower Transfers

*This product was sent to me for review in exchange for my honest opinion

Hey everybun! Long time no see!
I had to go up north this weekend, once again, to finish stuff that I wasn't able to do when I went to my aunts funeral. I hadn't had anything ready for posting Monday but here I am, on this lovely humpday to show you this lovely review of these lovely nail transfers. Ready? Here we go!

Here is how the package looks as well as the directions.

These are actually full nail water decals, NOT stickers. Which  means, they're not sticky at all. Unlike smaller water decals, these guys are a little bit harder to get on since they don't have any stick power. They slid around a bit, and were a bit hard to get in position. I figured out a trick where I dabbed a little top coat on the places that wouldn't stay down and it worked out pretty well.

As a warning, my seche DID shrink these a little bit around the edges, but not too noticeably.

Overall, even though they were a bit hard to get into place, the styles and designs that kkcenterhk offers makes it totally worth the fidgety-ness.

You can find this design here for only $3.70! If that's not your cup of tea, there's plenty more designs here.

Ice Cream and Cupcake Skittle Nail Art

Why hello there everybun. Happy Humpday!

I'm so proud with what I'm about to show you! It's so simple and so sweet!
Introducing, the sweet treat skittle!

Here it is in the shade...

...and here it is in the sun!

As you can see, the base color of the glitter on my middle finger changes from clear to light pink!

This was so much fun to make and I made it up on the spot.
What do you all think?
I used tons of different polishes so if you're wondering what any of them are, feel free to ask!

Heads up, I will be gone tomorrow through Sunday. I need to go back up north to finish stuff up regarding my aunts passing. I will hopefully see you all Monday if I'm not TOO tired!

Love you all and I'll see you again soon!

Essie - Fair Game Swatch and Review

Hey everybun!
I had a rare "let my nails breathe" couple of days this weekend hence the little break from posting. Alas, the acrylics are back and BEST OF ALL, NO MAJOR BREAKS WERE SUFFERED DURING MY BREAK!
I feel great with a fresh set of a acrylics to go, lemme show you what I got for you today.

Ooo, just LOOK at that shimmery goodness in the photo above.
Yes, may I introduce you all to Essie - Fair Game.

She was a lovely 2 coater with a great formula. I wore this for 3 days on both hands and although it was not a "I must stare at this all day", it was very pretty in certain lighting. Now I'm not sure if this is grey or blue, because it looks like a little of both. But the pretty shiny rainbow micro flecks that grace this lovely lacquer made me fall in love with it's subtlety.
I've yet to find an Essie that I DON"T love!

Happy Monday everybun!

Nail Art - Blue Glitter Gradient

Hey everybun!
Sometimes it seems that my most simple and easy ideas of nail art turn out the best. This is one of those times.

Sinful Colors - Hottie
Wet n Wild - Kaleidoscope

I am so so so so so much in love with these nails! I never ever want to take this polish off I love it sooo much!
It was so simple to do and it took less than 5 minutes for everything. I even did both hands!

Yay for simple yet stunning designs!

Hmm, there's not much more to say about this nail art other than it's clearly one of my favoritests. So how has your week been?
Happy hump day!

KKCenterHk Review - Baby Blue 2mm Circle Nail Art Decorations

*This product was sent to me for review in exchange for my honest opinion
Hey there lovely peoples of the internet!
I know, I went missing again. But life is life, right? I have been recovering and recuperating from the terrible news last week that my favorite aunt had passed away. She lived 3 hours north from me and we were given super short notice. It was basically like I had to pack up immediately and leave, so I'm sorry to all for the lack of notice! I've just now had the energy to open up the ol' lappy and see what was chilling in my unposted folder since I haven't really been able to do my nails much this past week.
So here we are!
I had gotten these to review sometime during my hiatus and finally a couple of weeks ago was able to give them a proper go on the nails.

These pretty little blue diamonds, which you can find HERE, are absolutely gorgeous in person. My lighting turned out a little wonky but they have this really pretty rainbow-ish shimmer to them.

The only complaint I have with these is how tiny they are. It's not really so much that they're tiny, it's that SINCE they're tiny, they're super hard to pick up. I found that tweezers did absolutely nothing, maybe one of those wax sticks would have worked a little better. My polish had dried on my ring finger many times before I could get these on the nail fast enough.

I was able to put top coat over these without them looking all weird as well! I didn't on my ring finger, because after the hassle of putting these all on I said F#$% it and angrily grabbed my camera to get the pictures over with.

Seriously though, they're super pretty little diamonds that would be great for any nail art occasion, just expect a little extra time fiddling with these little guys.

Overall?
8/10
Would recommend.
